The Compact Drive is Aquamatic’s Hydramatic Compact Drive configuration. It uses Aquamatic’s dual-motor hydraulic technology in a more compact layout that’s intended for small to medium pools and swim spas, and for projects where clearance and symmetry around the pool edge matter.
Aquamatic positions Compact Drive around balanced offsets (so you are not dealing with one end that looks “heavy”) and notes it can be a fit when you have minimal clearance at the ends, including deck-mounted applications where clearance is tight.
Size limits and planning:
The Compact Drive system is limited to a maximum pool size of 12’ wide by 24’ long. Final sizing and layout should always be confirmed against the current technical documents and field conditions before ordering.
